Many of our items ship for free! That’s great news for you! If you’d like to know this cost before you purchase, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. If there is any extra fee for your shipment, we will contact you by email to let you know. Should any problem arise, we will refund your payment without issue.

You are also welcome to cover the shipping cost at checkout, which helps us immensely. Every single penny supports animal welfare, and your generosity means the world to us!

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. We typically ship in-stock items the same or next business day, excluding weekends. Please note that some products ship directly from our partners, so be sure to check the estimated processing or delivery time in the product description. We will also contact you if we notice any potential delays, so please watch for an email from us.

We are a small, passionate business. We manage an on-site gift shop and several other online stores. To avoid waste and due to limited space, we do not keep large inventories of every item. While we try our best, it is possible you might order an item that has just sold out. If this happens, you can choose between an immediate refund or waiting for us to restock it as quickly as possible. We will email you within 24 hours of your order to inform you of the situation and discuss your preference. Most of our suppliers can restock us within a week.

Occasionally, we may not learn that a supplier is out of stock until we receive our own order and find the item missing. We promise to communicate openly with you and provide a new estimated timeline if your order is affected. Our goal is to provide you with the best service, but sometimes we rely on partners whose timelines we cannot fully control. You will receive your item or a full refund—we promise. Please note that some specialty or designer items have very limited quantities and cannot be reordered.
