Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please visit our Returns Center at theanimalsgifts.com and follow the instructions. You’ll receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, personalized products, and items marked as final sale.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please initiate a return first, then place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
