To be eligible for a refund, please return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving them. They must be in NEW, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached. You are welcome to keep any free gift or literature that came with your order. Once you notify us of your intent to return, we will email you a return label.

Important Notes:

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To qualify for a refund, we must receive the return within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work promptly to arrange a replacement or refund for you.
  • Socks & Intimate Items: For hygiene reasons, all socks, hair accessories, and intimate wear are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Clothing & Shoes: If an item does not fit or you are not happy, you may return it. All apparel and shoes must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, smoke-free condition with all tags attached. Shoe soles must be completely clean and unmarked. We cannot accept returns on worn items.

Final Sale Items:

  • All clearance items and products marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned, exchanged, or issued store credit.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and hold no cash value; they can only be redeemed for merchandise.

Processing Your Return:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an error was made on our part.
